Randi Markel is the President of ILML LLC, a lifestyle and education company featuring the "I Love My Life" brand. Along with her team, the company focuses on helping clients create better results both personally and professionally through ritual and heart centered programs. She is a relationship expert who teaches a signature program, The 7 Pillars to an Ultimate Relationship. Together with her husband and business partner, Adam Markel, they lead both intimate workshops for singles and couples as well as facilitate on large stages all over North America and overseas helping people discover and build a solid foundation for all their relationships.

Prior to her position with ILML, Randi worked as the Chief Culture Officer for one of North America’s largest personal development companies. Randi spent many years as an accountability coach working with women, entrepreneurs and small business owners. In addition, she led retreats for Vividly Woman, an off-site training program focused on empowering women to value and develop their instincts, and ignite their creative spark.

Her passion and enthusiasm for women’s empowerment led her to become the co-founder and Managing Director of Vivapreneur Academy, an online business academy for women entrepreneurs.

Randi earned a Master's Degree in Education from Queens College in New York and taught elementary school for seventeen years. She is a certified mediator who has worked with couples for over a decade on parenting plans, financial and communication issues.

In addition to her work with entrepreneurs, she is the president of the New Peaks Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to creating peace in the world through education and inspired action. The foundation supports organizations such as The Unstoppable Foundation and Seeds of Peace.

She resides in San Diego, California with her husband Adam and their four amazing children – whom she feels it’s been her truest life’s work to raise.
